Terms of use
Last updated: [date of publishing]
These terms cover your use of the Netherhall House app, run by Netherhall Educational Association (NEA). By using the app, you agree to them.
- Accounts. Accounts are by invitation only. Keep your login to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Use it properly. Use the app only for house purposes. Don’t try to get round its security, reach parts you are not meant to see, or disrupt it.
- Respect other people’s information. You may see details about others, such as names, rooms or meal choices. Use them only for house purposes and don’t share them outside the app.
- What you post. You are responsible for what you post, such as requests, messages and comments. Keep it accurate, courteous and lawful. We may remove anything that isn’t.
- No guarantee. We aim to keep the app available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always work or be error-free, and the help assistant can get things wrong. If something looks wrong, such as a bill, please tell us. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the law.
- Ending access. Your access ends when you leave the house or your role ends. We may suspend it if these terms are broken.
- Changes. We may change the app and these terms, and we will tell you of any important change.
- Other agreements come first. If these terms conflict with your licence agreement, your contract of employment or the house rules, those prevail.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: [contact address for data questions].
